Sammy's Pet Care requires a 10% deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve your specific dates. This is non-refundable, however if the cancellation policy is met, the 10% deposit will be applied as a credit on a future reservation.
Sammy's Pet Care doesn't charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is given, as we understand life happens.
Please be mindful, we're a small family business and work diligently to meet all our clients needs. We only have the ability to handle a certain number of bookings each day. We do understand that unpredictable things may happen, but please know we have made prior arrangements and commitments to guarantee your specific booking.
*Please Note for all services: Once the reservation begins, any bookings no longer needed will still be charged the full contracted rate.
Overnight Pet Sitting & Vacation Package/Extended Stay: Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less before services are scheduled are charged 50% of the total contracted rate.
Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits: Cancellations made two (2) days or less before services are scheduled will be charged the full contracted rate.
Doggie daycare/Boarding: Cancellations made three (3) days or less before services are scheduled will be charged 25% of the total contracted rate.
Pet Taxi/Special Occasion Handler: Cancellations made three (3) days or less before services are scheduled will be charged 25% of the total contracted rate.
